The building is made of the same materials and basing on the same technology as the previous one (i.e. gas-concrete (porous) blocks and the glued timber).The heating, ventilation, the lighting system, large windows for the sake of the hall destination (large amount of the daylight - ideal for production purposes), all media (gas system installed), gateway at a height of 3.0 m, width of 3.0 m, social rooms at an area of 90 m2 (3 x office rooms, toilet, hall). An additional space of 90 m2 and a height of 2.0 m can be obtained (cloak-room, mess-room, bookkeeping room, TIR driver's sleeping room or others). The building is placed on 1 ha - enclosed area, but the whole estate area is equal to 1.96.ha.
